The machine is horizontal double layer taping machine,which takes the material (paper tape,aluminum foil)taping to the core wire through the rotary disc with double taping head.It can carry out secondary taping to the right and left
respectively.

Working principle:
The machine is double head taping and transmitted by A.C.motor with belt.The taping belt disk can rotate to the right and left direction.The core wire rotates by leading wheel through double taping and then makes the taping belt on the core wire in order to reach the purpose of double times taping.Speed of leading wheel can be changed by adjusting continuous variable speed transmission to meet the demand of different taping pitches.The taping machine with single head,double head,three head can be produced according to the requirements of the customer
